Souverän - A world-famous classic. The Souverän Silver-White series expands Pelikan's standard range with a new model in the popular size 405. The production of the Souverän sleeve is subject to an elaborate process. The silver and white striped barrel is made out of cotton based on a formula developed specially for Pelikan. It takes month until the block providing the stripes is finished, whereupon the tailor-made plating is curved and cut into a contour using a natural diamond. The bright silver and white shades of this series underscore the elegant interpretation of the timeless classic Souverän. The palladium-plated double rings on the high-grade resin cap and barrel are fitted with the utmost precision, creating an almost seamless transition between the materials before the pen is polished until it reaches a brilliant luster.
