Cancellation Policy

Onlinemantra believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on www.onlinemantra.in?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will issue a gift certificate equivalent to the same amount, which can be used on onlinemantra.in against any future orders. Incase you would want a refund, then we can do so after deducting 4% as payment gateway charges.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

-    If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied or encounter any manufacturing defects.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you think you’ve received the product in bad condition, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, call or WhatsApp our customer care at +91 7021448032 or email us at onlinemantra@ateeagn.com mentioning your Order ID.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.

  3. Packaging: Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund or Replacement:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll process your refund or offer a replacement promptly.
  • Refund Amount: We will issue a unique coupon code (e.g., “REFUND20”) equivalent to the refund amount. Use it for future purchases.

 

Exceptions (Not Eligible for Return or Replacement):

  • Products with physical damage to the box or the product.

  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products without a valid, readable, untampered serial number.

  • Products from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
