The LAMY dialog cc capless fountain pen continues the success story of its big brother, the LAMY dialog: it is based on the same innovative technology and is at the same time shorter and more compact, making it a handy companion on the go. The design has also been elegantly reduced: instead of a clip, the LAMY dialog cc has a roll stop that also serves as a visual marker. From the first to the last step, the fountain pen is assembled by hand in the LAMY craftsman's workshop in Heidelberg. The 14kt gold nib elegantly slides out of the inside of the case by means of a worldwide unique turning mechanism. When the mechanism is closed, a ball valve automatically slides in front of the opening and protects the nib from drying out. Fountain pen comes with a blue LAMY ink cartridge as well as a proprietary Z27 converter to get you started writing right away. It is set in a gift box with a leather pen slip.

I was always a fan of broad nibs. I love the wet bold feel on the paper. But this zoom nib (BB nib maybe?) blew my mind. It's perfectly smooth and gosh!! What a wet writer! Loved it!

The Waterman harmonious green is a beautiful cool green ink. It is smooth, greatly pigmented and has a great texture. The color is very elegant, not a dark green, not a lighter one either. A perfect blend and very much recommended for magical writing notes!!
Very safe and soft pen case. Your pens will stay safe inside this case in nearly all circumstances. Expect probably a truck running over the case. It is good to hold the case too. It is so soft, I am sure even the pens enjoy staying snug inside. The soft cushion prevents the pens from falling out. You have to push the pens out to take them out. Cons: the price is slightly high. Shouldn't cost more than rupees 350.

The cloth cover is really amazing. Protects the case and is very sturdy. That alone is a winning factor for this product. Cons? The finish could be better and the velvet cloth used could be thicker.
